Said composition comprises a mixture extract from Rosa multiflora fruit, black sesame, Prunus mume fruit, quince and pine nut, as an active ingredient, wherein said Rosa multiflora fruit and black sesame may be germinated. In addition, said composition has an effect of improving skin which has become dark and dull by aging or by external environments or influences such as stress, to be clean and transparent.
