Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a plunger pump, which is configured for enabling maintenance to be easily performed. The plunger pump includes: a sleeve unit equipped with a sleeve for supporting a plunger in a reciprocating manner; a cylinder unit equipped with a fluid flow channel connected to the sleeve for allowing a fluid to flow through the fluid flow channel; and a holding mechanism for moveably holding the cylinder unit between a first position, at which the cylinder unit is in contact with the sleeve unit, and a second position, at which the cylinder unit is separated from the sleeve unit.
