Zusammenfassung:	One or more embodiments of the present specification provide a method and apparatus for allocating virtual resource based on a block chain, which are applied to a service system constructued based on a block chain. The block chain includes a plurality of user nodes. The method includes: obtaining a first eigenvalue of a user, wherein the first eigenvalue is used to characterize a contribution of the user to a target service participating in the service system within a preset time period; obtaining, based on the first eigenvalue, the virtual resources to which the user is entitled to participate in the target service within the preset time period; allocating virtual resources due to participate in the target service within the preset time period to the user.
