A first temperature sensor is configured to measure the temperature of the liquid to be distilled. A second temperature sensor is configured to measure the temperature of the heat transfer medium in the heat exchanger. A controller is connected to the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor so as to calculate a temperature difference measured by the first and second temperature sensors. |
