Zusammenfassung:	A car door opening mechanism includes a connecting structure and a first combining component. The connecting structure is disposed on a door opening side, a door bottom side, a body opening side, or a body bottom side. The first combining component is correspondingly disposed on the body opening side, the body bottom side, the door opening side, or the door bottom side. When a car door is located at a closing position relative to a car body, the first combining component is combined with the connecting structure. When the car door is being opened relative to the car body, the car door can be restrained at a semi-opening position by the connecting structure due to combination of the connecting structure and the first combining component. When the first combining component disengages from the connecting structure, the car door can be opened from the semi-opening position to a completed opening position.
