An annular raised portion is formed on the bottom of the cavity and co-axially corresponds to the through hole, wherein an axle of the power tool selectively abuts the annular raised portion. At least one annular hardness reduce portion is formed on the bottom of the cavity and co-axially corresponds to the through hole.
