A multiple-antenna control method for 5th generation mobile communication comprises a plurality of antennas receiving wireless signals, changing radiation patterns of the plurality of antennas according to a plurality of radiation pattern settings, and accordingly obtaining a plurality of RSSI groups corresponding to the plurality of radiation pattern settings; calculating a plurality of SNR groups and a plurality of noise floor groups correspondingly according to the plurality of RSSI groups; selecting a radiation pattern setting of one of the plurality of RSSI groups having higher strength value to perform wireless transmission when SNR values of the plurality of SNR groups are all higher than a threshold; and selecting a radiation pattern setting of one of the plurality of noise floor groups having lower noise value to perform wireless transmission when SNR values of the plurality of SNR groups are all lower than the threshold. Thus, receiving data rate of the multiple-antenna device can be improved.
