Zusammenfassung:	A display device includes a substrate, a display component, a plurality of pads, a plurality of openings, at least one circuit board, and a conductive layer. The substrate includes at least one peripheral area, and includes an upper surface and an opposite lower surface. The display component is disposed on the upper surface, and at least one peripheral area is correspondingly disposed at one side of the display component. The pins are disposed in the at least one peripheral area, and the pins are electrically connected with the one side of each of the display component. The openings are disposed in the at least one peripheral area, and penetrates the substrate. The at least one circuit board is disposed at the lower surface. The conductive layer electrically connects the pins and the at least one circuit board. A method of manufacturing the display device is also provided.
