Zusammenfassung:A remote care device is provided. The remote care device includes a data processing module and a service management module. The data processing module generates a user's service requirement based on a number of health status data for the user of a user account. The service requirement includes the information of user's location, the information of user's demand for service time, and the information of user's demand for service skill. The service management module selects an appropriate service worker option that meets the service requirement from several candidate service worker options. Each of the candidate service worker options includes corresponding service worker positioning information, service worker idle information, and service worker skill information. The service requirement is transmitted to the service worker terminal corresponding to the appropriate service worker option through the communication network.
