The invention discloses an image-capturing apparatus including a casing, a lens assembly, a first substrate, a plurality of slot members mounted on the first substrate, a fixing seat, a second substrate, and a plurality of light-emitting diode devices. The lens assembly is movably installed in an opening of a hollow cylinder of the casing. The casing is disposed on the first substrate. The fixing seat has a first through hole. The second substrate has a second through hole. The plurality of light-emitting diode devices are mounted on the second substrate and arranged around the second through hole. The plurality of light-emitting diode devices act as fill-in light devices. The second substrate is mounted on the fixing seat. The fixing seat is inserted via a plurality of leg members into the plurality of slot members such that the distal opening of the hollow cylinder is disposed in the first through hole and the second through hole, and such that the second optical axis and the first optical axis are the same
