The present invention provides a displaying device which includes an LED chip array, a displaying screen, a substrate and a control module. The LED chip array includes X rows and Y columns of LED chips. Each row of LED chips are equally spaced and periodically arranged in an order of the first color, the second color and the third color. The cathode and anode of the LED chip are located on the upper surface and lower surfaces, respectively. The displaying screen includes X first electrodes arranged in parallel and equidistant in the first direction, and each first electrode is electrically connected to the top surface of a row of LED chips.
