Equipment and method for producing ultra thin films

Present invention is related to an equipment and method for producing ultra thin films having a yarn spreading and material distributing module and a hot pressing module. The yarn spreading and material distributing module has a containing tank, multiple yarn spreading rods and multiple air inlets. The multiple yarn spreading rods are mounted on walls of the containing tank. The multiple yarn spreading rods is able to spread multiple yarns into ribbons with all fibers in the yarns being continuously arranged side by side. The multiple air inlets are mounted on a bottom of the containing tank. An air is flowed in to the containing tank through the multiple air inlets causing thermoplastic adhesive powders being evenly distributed on the ribbons in the containing tank. The hot pressing module is placed adjacent to the yarn spreading and material distributing module.
