Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a laminated iron core and a manufacturing method thereof, which is characterized in that the laminated iron core is formed by first rotating and dislocating each of the silicon steel sheets and then stacking and combining them, so that each of the silicon steel sheets on the laminated iron core is tightly combined with each other without clearance. The manufacturing method includes: (a) supplying a processing plate pulled out from the material feeding unwinder to a continuous mold; (b) performing a stamping processing by the continuous mold to obtain a silicon steel sheet provided with an annular portion and composed of a plurality of components arranged circumferentially; and (c) using a mold to rotate each of the silicon steel sheets of different layers by a fixed angle, and stacking and combining the silicon steel sheets on the laminated iron core having the same annular shape so as to make the thickness of each silicon steel sheet of the laminated iron core to be even.
