Zusammenfassung:	The disclosure is related to a hypoxic factors expert system and method and computer program product thereof. The expert system includes a non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a lookup table, a user interface including an output device and an input device, and a processor. The output device is for outputting a plurality of questions related to hypoxic factors. The input device is for a user to input answers corresponding to the questions. The processor is configured to obtain a hypoxic ground index and a hypoxic body constitution index based on the answers, as well as obtain and output at least one suggestion in the lookup table.
