Zusammenfassung:	The aim of the invention is a dry vacuum pump (1) comprising: - at least one oil sump (2); - at least one pumping stage (3e); - two rotary shafts (4) respectively supporting at least one rotor (5) extending into the at least one pumping stage (3e), the rotors (5) being configured to rotate in a synchronized manner in the reverse direction in order to convey a gas to be pumped between an intake (7) and an outlet (8) of the vacuum pump (1), the shafts (4) being supported by bearings lubricated by a lubricant contained in the at least one oil sump (2); and - at least one lubricant sealing device (6a) interposed between the at least one oil sump (2) and a pumping stage (3e) at the shaft passage, characterized in that the vacuum pump (1) further comprises at least one expansion device (12) configured to reduce the pressure variations between a pumping side volume (11; 24) and the at least one oil sump (2).
