Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an aluminum paste for a local back field solar cell. The aluminum paste includes large-particle aluminum powder; and an organic carrier including a solvent and resin or cellulose, wherein the ratio of the mean particle size (m) to oxygen content (%) (the mean particle size (m)/oxygen content (%)) of the large-particle aluminum powder is 10 to 15. With the aluminum paste for the local back field solar cell and the local back field solar cell applying the aluminum paste in accordance with the invention, it is able to eliminate the problems such as an attachment of escaped powder, aluminum beads and an aluminum layer of the aluminum powder to an SiNx protective layer and an empty hole in an LBSF position, thereby increasing the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the local back field solar cell.
