The present invention provides a filter regeneration device which can suppress the energy consumption required for heating a heater and efficiently burn particulate matter and can also be simply mounted with a particulate filter. The filter regeneration device 100 of the present invention includes a frame body portion 101 for holding a particulate filter F; a frame body lid portion 113 that swings relative to the frame body part 101 and opens/closes the upper opening 111; an inner lid portion 117 that is supported to be swingable and moved up and down relative to the frame body lid portion 113, and is configured to carry the particulate filter F when the frame body lid portion 113 is closed; and an inner cover portion 123 that faces the other end portion of the particulate filter F when the frame body lid portion 113 is closed, and is configured to form a discharge passage leading to the discharge port 119 with the inner lid portion 113.
