Zusammenfassung:	A topical oil-based solid composition according to the present invention contains at least one selected from the group consisting of (A) a steroid compound and an antihistamine agent, which can be applied smoothly to the skin or mucous membrane. This composition can be made into a stick-like solid composition. The content of the (A) steroid compound can be 0.0001 to 5% by weight with respect to the total amount of the composition, and the content of the (B) antihistamine can be 0.01 to 5% by weight with respect to the total amount of the composition.
