Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a gasket and a refrigeration cycle device that uses said gasket, with which seal distance can be ensured and the gasket can easily be positioned while the area of the gasket is reduced and sealing is improved. This gasket is configured from a plate disposed in a connecting part that connects a passage through which a fluid flows, and provided with a hole through which passes the passage through which the fluid flows, wherein the gasket comprises a positioning part that is disposed in the periphery of the hole and that positions by means of a bolt, and a punching part that is provided between the hole and the positioning part and that penetrates through the plate, the positioning part having an arcuate shape that runs along a portion of the outer periphery of the bolt.
