The present application relates to a drying device 1 including a casing 3 including a first injection opening 7A and a second injection opening 7B, an aqueous material supplying apparatus 50 that supplies an aqueous material to the injection openings 7A and 7B, a first rotatory shaft unit 21 including a plurality of rotatory shafts that rotates clockwise when viewed from a front side, a second rotatory shaft unit 22 including a plurality of rotatory shafts that is disposed on a right side of the first rotatory shaft unit 21 when viewed from the front side and rotates counter-clockwise when viewed from the front side, and a control unit 60, wherein the first injection opening 7A is disposed directly above a rotatory shaft 5b of the first rotatory shaft unit of two closest rotatory shafts among the first rotatory shaft unit and the second rotatory shaft unit, the second injection opening 7B is disposed directly above a rotatory shaft 5c of the second rotatory shaft unit 22 of two closest rotatory shafts among t
