Fixing device for junction wires of stator of motor

A fixing device for junction wires of a stator of a motor includes a plurality of insulating rings and a plurality of flat conductors. Each of the insulating rings has a first positioning portion. Each of the insulating rings has opposite end surfaces on which a protrusion and a recess are respectively formed. The insulating rings are stacked layer by layer with the protrusions corresponding to the recesses. Each of the flat conductors includes an embedded segment, two wire-fixing segments, and two protruding ends. The embedded segment is accommodated in the corresponding insulating ring and has a second positioning portion corresponding to the first positioning portion of the corresponding insulating ring. The wire-fixing segments are horizontally extended from two ends of the embedded segment, respectively. The protruding ends are respectively bended from the wire-fixing segments and expose out of the corresponding insulating ring.
