Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure relates to a composition for preparing a spread comprising allulose and vegetable oil and fat; a spread comprising the spread; a method for preparing a spread comprising mixing allulose and vegetable oil and fat, followed by pulverization of the mixture; and a method for inhibiting the hardening of a spread comprising mixing allulose and vegetable oil and fat and followed by pulverization of the mixture. The composition for preparing a spread of the present disclosure comprises allulose (i.e., a natural sweetener) and is thereby provided with excellent characteristics of improving spreadability, inhibiting hardening, etc.
