Zusammenfassung:Provided are a composition for preparing a chocolate sauce, the composition including allulose and a processed cocoa product; a chocolate sauce including the composition; a method of preparing the chocolate sauce, the method including the step of heating and homogenizing the composition for preparing the chocolate sauce; and a method of inhibiting solidification of the spread. The composition for preparing a spread of the present disclosure may include allulose which is a natural sweetener, thereby having excellent properties such as improvement of spreadability and prevention of solidification.
