Zusammenfassung:This optical semiconductor module employs a Peltier module comprising a thermoelectric conversion element protected in a glass tube. An optical semiconductor element, a photodiode, and a thermistor are disposed directly over the thermoelectric conversion element, thereby eliminating the need for a spacer which has conventionally been required for aligning the optical axis of laser light, making it possible to provide a low-cost semiconductor module.
