Zusammenfassung:	A dual axes toggling variable speed apparatus comprises: a drive unit; an input axle coupled to the drive unit, the input shaft having at least one odd input gear and at least one even input gear; an output axle having one end extending through the input shaft and the drive unit, another end of the output axle having an output gear; a transmission axle having at least one odd output gear, at least one even output gear and a transmission gear, the odd output gear meshing corresponded with the odd input gear, the even output gear meshing corresponded with the even input gear; and at least one fork which is provided between the odd-numbered input gear and the even-input input gear to selectively toggle the odd-numbered input gear and the even-numbered input gear.
