Zusammenfassung:Provided is a control device that is applicable to a device that uses vibration, such as a parts-feeding device or an ultrasonic motor to drive the device with stability and high efficiency. The present invention is designed as a means that is used to drive a plurality of vibration systems (1, 2) with a common driving command. The vibration systems (1, 2) have individual resonance frequencies (f1, f2). A target frequency setting means (31) sets a target frequency (fm) between the resonance frequencies (f1, f2). A tracking means (32) makes the frequency (fv) of the driving command track the target frequency (fm) set by the target frequency setting means (31).
