Zusammenfassung:	A fastening mechanism includes a standing tube, a base, a fastening member and a screw component. The base sheathes on the standing tube. The base has a first inclined structure. The fastening member is slidably installed in the base. The fastening tube has a second inclined structure. An end of the fastening member abuts against the standing tube, and the second inclined structure cooperates with the first inclined structure. The screw component is disposed through the fastening member and screwed onto the base. The screw component presses the fastening member during screwing process, so that the second inclined structure slides relative to the first inclined structure for forcing the fastening member to move toward the standing tube. Accordingly, the fastening member is able to be fastened with the standing tube.
