Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure provides a drug carrier including a hydrogel and an additive. The hydrogel utilizes a first block copolymer as a main chain and has a structure represented by the following formula (1): In formula (1), each of R1 and R2 is independently an amino acid residue, and other symbols are defined in the specification. The additive is a second block copolymer. Thus, an encapsulation efficiency of the hydrogel for a hydrophobic drug can be improved without co-solvent. A drug can be slowly and continuously released by a drug delivery system using the drug carrier of the present disclosure for providing a long-term therapeutic effect.
