A DC-DC converter is provided with: a positive-side capacitor connected to a positive electrode-side output end; a negative-side capacitor, in which one end section is connected to the positive-side capacitor, and the other end section is connected to a negative electrode-side output end; a reactor, in which one end section is connected to the positive electrode-side output end, and an input-side end section on the opposite side is connected to the negative electrode-side output end, and which has an intermediate tap between the positive electrode-side end section and the input-side end section; and a switching element, in which one end section is connected to the input-side end section of the reactor, and the other end section is connected to the positive electrode of a solar cell.
