Zusammenfassung:A finger vein identification method is used to solve the problem of poor recognition rate. The method includes computing the difference between the sums of the grayscale values respectively of each two adjacent x axes of the image coordinate on the y axis of an edge image. When the difference is not less than a threshold value, one of the two adjacent x axes of the image coordinate is used as a cutting point of the edge image to divide the edge image along the y axis into two split images. Each split image is used to generate a histogram. The histograms of the split images are compared with a plurality of sets of contrast images. A recognition result is generated when the split images match one of the plurality of sets of contrast images.
