Zusammenfassung:	A method for reshaping hair which comprises a step for applying a hair reshaping agent, said hair reshaping agent comprising either a single composition containing components (A) to (C) or a plurality of compositions including a composition containing components (A) and (C) and a composition containing components (B) and (C), to the hair, wherein, in the compositions containing component (B) constituting the hair reshaping agent, a part or all of component (B) exists in a non-dissolved state. (A): glyoxylic acid, etc. (B): a phenol compound having an electron-donating group at one or more sites at the meta position and a hydrogen atom at the ortho- and/or para-positions. (C): water.
