Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a composite and a water-based resin composition (including a coating) containing the same, which contributes to formation of a coating film having good corrosion resistance, heat resistance and solvent resistance. The composite for solving the problem includes: a polymer containing an unsaturated polymerizable monomer, and a urethane resin containing cationic group, wherein the urethane resin containing the cationic group includes: a structural unit composed of a specificpolyol, a structural unit composed of a specific polyol, two or more structural units composed of a specific diol; and a structural unit composed of a specific tertiary amine compound and/or a salt thereof.
