Zusammenfassung:	A pixel structure comprises a substrate, a gate, a capacity electrode, a first insulating layer, an active layer, a source, a drain and an extending electrode. The gate is disposed on the substrate. The capacity electrode is disposed on the substrate and is spaced apart from the gate. The first insulating layer covers the gate and the capacity electrode, wherein the first insulating layer has a recess right above the capacity electrode. The active layer is disposed on the first insulating layer. The drain and the source are disposed on the active layer and spaced apart from each other. The extending electrode extends from the source or the drain into the recess.
