Systems and methods and systems for managing media using a control device are provided. A media management device receives first data from a control device via a wireless network. The control device includes at least one motion sensor for detecting a first motion or a first posture corresponding to the control device, determines a first surface from a plurality of surfaces according to the first motion or the first posture, and determines the first data according to the first surface. The media management device determines first candidate content from a plurality of candidate contents according to the first data, and receives first audio content via an audio input unit. The media management device associates and records the first audio content and the first candidate content.
