Provided is a burner device and a heat treatment facility which when mixing and combusting a fuel gas guided by a fuel gas supply pipe in inner circumferential side of an air supply pipe and air guided by the air supply pipe, an air introduction hole and an air guide portion for guiding the air in the air supply pipe to inner side of a flame holding cylinder are provided on the flame holding cylinder which is provided at tip portion of the fuel gas supply pipe so as to face forward spreading in a tapered shape toward outer circumferential side, a main injection port for injecting the fuel gas from a central portion of the fuel gas supply pipe and a plurality of auxiliary injection ports for injecting the fuel gas from periphery of the main injection port are provided at the tip portion of the fuel gas supply pipe, and a control device is provided for controlling amount of the fuel gas and / or the air.
