Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of plant seasoning liquid and product thereof. The manufacturing steps include: drying a plant under 35~40 DEG C or freeze drying under -273.15 DEG C; slicing or grinding the plant after drying; placing into a seasoning liquid and heating to 50 DEG C, so as to blend the plant juice and nutrient with the seasoning liquid; resting the seasoning liquid for at least six hours after heating step is completed; and filtering out the plant by filtering to finish the plant seasoning liquid, and then, bottling the plant seasoning liquid, wherein the plant content in the plant seasoning liquid is above 1%. |
