Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a composition capable of facalitating the regeneration of articular cartilage and a method of repairing the articular cartilage by using the same. The composition of repairing articular cartilage contains platelet-rich fibrin releasate and stem cells and can be used to facilitate the regeneration of articular cartilage, so as to achieve the efficacy of preventing and curing arthritis. The stem cells can be embryonic stem cells, adult stem cells, or induced pluripotent stem cells. The platelet-rich fibrin releasate contains at least one growth factor selected from the group consisting of TGF-[beta]1, VEGF, PDGF, EGF, FGF, NGF and IGF.
