The invention relates to an auxiliary fixture for mounting a tire pressure sensing device, which is provided with a grip, a positioning seat and a clamping rod. The positioning seat is combined with the grip and is provided with a pivoting portion and a clamping portion, the pivoting portion is disposed on the rear side of the positioning seat and is pivotally coupled to the grip, and the clamping portion is disposed on the front side of the positioning seat and is coupled to the pivoting portion. The clamping portion is provided with two adjusting members on the front side, and the clamping portion is provided with a pushing pin between the two adjusting members, the pushing pin is used for abutting against and being combined with a tire pressure sensing device. The distance between the two adjusting members can be relatively adjusted to clamp the tire pressure sensing device, and the clamping rod is combined with the grip, thereby providing an auxiliary fixture, with accurate assembly, adjustable use and qu
