The first pipe is configured to deliver the liquid and extends from an end of the heat-supplying machine to an end of the textile machine. The second pipe is configured to deliver the liquid and extends from another end of the heat-supplying machine to another end of the textile machine. The first sensor is disposed in the first pipe and near the textile machine. The second sensor is disposed in the second pipe and near the textile machine.
