Intelligent diagnosis system for power module and method thereof

Disclosed is an intelligent diagnosis system for power module, including: a power module having a temperature sensing element for measuring a temperature difference between a starting minimum temperature and a current temperature; a hardware detection circuit module provided on one side of the power module and having a current sensing element, a voltage sensing element and a magnetic coupling closed loop detection element for measuring the current, the output voltage and the input voltage of the power module and obtaining the hardware loop detection status; and a diagnostic module for calculating the number of cycles that have been operated, a measuring impedance and a real-time power based on the those measurement results, and calculating a risk index based on the number of cycles that have been operated, the temperature difference, the measuring impedance, the real-time power and the hardware loop detection status, thereby determining the accumulation of the abnormality index record.
