Zusammenfassung:	A polyester resin composition comprises a copolymer of a polycarboxylic acid component and a polyol component. The polycarboxylic acid component comprises terephthalic acid and/or a derivative thereof. The polyol component comprises ethylene glycol and/or a derivative thereof and 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediol and/or a derivative thereof. The content of 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediol and/or a derivative thereof is 27 mol% to 55 mol% with respect to the total amount of the polyol component. The intrinsic viscosity of the polyester resin composition is 0.5 dl/g to 0.6 dl/g.
