Zusammenfassung:	A method for manufacturing a water-based paint comprises the following steps: firstly, adding a color-changing material, an acrylic emulsion, a cross-linking agent and a solvent together into a container for a first time of stirring to form a mixed solution, and then adding a color-developing agent into the container to perform a second time of stirring with the mixed solution so as to form the water-based paint. This water-based paint has waterproof and color changeable characteristics and can be used in various fields such as printing ink solutions, cosmetic preparation agents, paints, watercolor paints, printing inks, or textile pigments.
