On the plier' s nose portion (15), widthwise gradations (Mp (Mp1, Mp2, Mp3) of a first integer (1, 2, 3, excluding 0) of a multiple of a pitch (100) and lengthwise gradations Mq (Mq4, Mq5, Mq6) of a second integer of which is larger than the first multiple of integer, so as to obtain a required length of the jumper cords.
