Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a preparation method of a polypeptide composition, which comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing fibroblasts and culturing in a culture medium; (2) preparing immune cells and cultivating immune cells by stimulation with stimulating source to obtain an immune cell composition; (3) administering the immune cell composition to the fibroblasts and cultivating for a period of time; and (4) washing the fibroblasts of step (3), adding a serum-free medium and cultivating for a period of time to obtain a supernatant, and the supernatant contains the polypeptide composition. The polypeptide composition prepared by the preparation method of this invention can effectively inhibit the content of IFN- and TNF- secreted by peripheral blood lymphocytes in an inflammatory reaction, and can inhibit the inflammatory reaction caused by eczema.
