Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is to provide a coated metal plate that has excellent stain resistance, that does not cause interference patterns to occur, and that has excellent design properties. This coated metal plate comprises a metal plate and a coating film that is formed on at least one of the surfaces of the metal plate and that substantially comprises a composition represented by the compositional formula K2O.xSiO2 (3.5 ≤ x < 6.8). The average value of the coating film coating rate per mm2 at any ten locations having the coating film in the coated metal plate is 1-90%.
