Zusammenfassung:A preparation method of polypeptide composition is disclosed, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing fibroblast-like cells and cultivating them in a culture medium; (2) applying cytokines or growth factors in immunoreaction pathway to the fibroblast-like cells for a while so as to cultivate; and (3) washing the fibroblast-like cells in step (2), and adding serum-free media for cultivating so as to obtain supernatant liquid, wherein the supernatant liquid contains a polypeptide composition. The polypeptide composition prepared by using the disclosed method is able to inhibit the content of IFN-[gamma] and TNF-[alpha] secreted by peripheral blood lymphocytes during inflammatory response; moreover, the polypeptide composition is able to inhibit inflammatory response induced by rosacea.
