Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a preparation method of polypeptide composition, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing fibroblast-like cells and cultivating the same in a culture medium; (2) cultivating the fibroblast-like cells with temperature-controlled stimulation and proceeding with the cultivation for a period of time; and (3) washing the fibroblast-like cells of step (2), and then adding a serum-free medium to proceed with the cultivation for a period of time so as to obtain a supernatant liquid, wherein the supernatant liquid contains polypeptide composition. The polypeptide composition prepared by the preparation method of the present invention can effectively inhibit the content of IFN- and TNF- secreted by peripheral blood lymphocytes in an inflammatory reaction, and can inhibit the inflammatory reaction caused by seborrheic dermatitis.
