The first shaft assembly forms a joint part in one end and combines with the first frame in the other end. The second frame has a second compartment. The second frame disposes in the first compartment of the first frame. The second shaft assembly combines respectively to the first frame and the second frame with two ends. The seat has an install part. The seat disposes in the second compartment of the second frame. The third shaft assembly combines respectively to the second frame and the seat with two ends. As such, the strength of structure can be improved and disposing space can be saved.
