Zusammenfassung: | The carbonitrided component pertaining to an embodiment of the present invention has a carbonitrided layer on the surface of a steel material, wherein the steel material contains a predetermined ingredient, and the carbonitrided layer has a hardness of 850 HV or greater at a position a depth of 25 [mu]m from the surface thereof, the absolute value of the compressive residual stress thereof at a position a depth of 200 [mu]m from the surface thereof is 200 MPa or greater, the absolute value of the maximum compressive residual stress to a position a depth of 200 [mu]m from the surface thereof is 850 MPa or greater, and the ten-point average roughness Rz specified by JIS B0601 (1994) thereof satisfies a value of 2.5 [mu]m or less. |
