Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an application of mycelia of Inonotus linteus by submerged culture and a composition thereof. First, a substrate is provided. Then, Inonotus linteus are inoculated into the substrate and submerged cultured for producing a submerged cultured substance. Finally, the submerged cultured substance is separated into solid part and liquid part, wherein the solid part includes the mycelia of Inonotus linteus. The mycelia of Phellinus linteus have the capability for preventing diabetic cataract. Therefore the mycelia of Inonotus linteus can be used to manufacture compositions for preventing diabetic cataract.
